We had a great stay here. The room was so nice and had so much room. The staff could not have been nicer. Very good deal for a suite.

Simply fantastic visit! Our room was spotless. The towels were soft and did not feel anything like your typical sandpaper that many other hotels provide. We also love the fact that they have a ceiling fan above the bed and the rooms were very spacious and quiet. Additionally, you are close to several restaurants, grocery stores, a mall, and so much more. They have a large breakfast in the morning with many items to choose from. the receptionist at the front desk named Morgan was so kind and accommodating. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.

We had an awesome experience! The staff is very friendly, professional, and truly cares about their customers, ensuring top-notch service throughout the stay. I’d especially like to mention the lady at the front desk (I believe her name might be Amely). She was calm, thorough, and extremely helpful — a real asset to the hotel. The only suggestion I have is regarding cleanliness. The hotel isn’t dirty at all, but it seems there’s a bit of negligence from the housekeeping staff in a few areas. With a little more attention, this place would be perfect!

this was an amazing stay, even tho my stay was one night. the room was very clean, the staff was friendly, 10/10 recommend. breakfast could’ve used more love, but it did appease my appetite. (: awesome

We stayed here for a couple of days while visiting the Pro Football Hall of Fame (Canton is about 20-30 mins. drive). This is simply a really nice hotel to stay at! Beautiful, clean, and newly remodeled. The suites are nice and spacious. Breakfast area is large and looks great. Nice selection of hot and cold breakfast foods. Shower has a stronger flow than at home. Staff were friendly and ready to help if needed. Rooms and beds were comfortable and quiet. Plenty of spots to plug in your devices. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

We previously stayed at this hotel during Covid 2020 due to being in town for a funeral, & it was a disaster! We saw the hotel was renovated, & the location is amazing, so we decided to give it another try! It’s 1000% improved! The room was clean & updated. The front desk employees were friendly & helpful. And as previously stated, it’s a great location. We will definitely stay here again when we are in town visiting family!

I’ve stayed here 4 times over the last 4 months and I absolutely love this hotel. It’s the perfect location for me while I’m in town for work, and the area has everything I need! Exercise room is great, my rooms have always been clean. And the staff is so kind and remembers you!

Extra star due to the stellar customer service provided by Sarah and Meleah! Meleah - checked in via text several times and offered assistance. She also delivered a clean pot to the unit. A few days later, I woke up to find 4" of snow on my rental car and no scraper. That evening when I informed Sarah of my morning challenge she immediately offered the use of hers. Then, the day after I checked out, she even called because a housekeeper had found a pair of earrings on the 4th floor and she thought they might be mine. In 2025, that level of honesty from housekeeping and the effort from the front desk to track down the owner is truly impressive. A note for future guests: highway noise reverberates off the exterior walls, so rooms #33 and #31, which face the highway, can be quite noisy. (See diagram provided—red line is the highway, green line is the street in front of the building.) The location is convenient with excellent highway access. Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse is nearby, along with a gas station and a great grocery store. The complimentary Wednesday evening dinner was appealing, nicely presented, and genuinely tasty—complete with salad, hummus, and several warm dishes. Overall, a very positive stay thanks to outstanding staff and thoughtful amenities.
